A Lasting Power of
Attorney is a legal document that authorises
another person nominated by you to act on your
behalf if you are unable to make decisions due
to dementia or brain impairment, or perhaps
because you have a disability or mobility issue
which restricts your ability to attend to your
finances and property affairs. You may decide to
have a Lasting Power of Attorney simply because
you need some help and assistance managing your
finances. It may only be needed temporarily, for
example, if you're in hospital and need help
completing some everyday matters such as paying
your bills. There are two forms of Lasting Power
of Attorney:-

|
|
